Context
A business school recognised both nationally and internationally, Grenoble École de Management (GEM) is a « Business Lab for Society » where 7,000 students and 550 staff work every day to address the challenges of business and society.
In 2022, the Brand, Digital and Communication Department launched an ambitious full redesign of its website (the source of at least 80% of B2C leads). After three versions (2009, 2013, 2018), a redesign was essential: an end-of-life CMS (Drupal 7), GDPR compliance, ageing features, accessibility to improve and a new digital strategy to embed.
High stakes for the school
The project is part of a shift towards a Digital Factory, with stakes around increasing generated revenue and modernising the brand image. The site notably exposes:
- The school's editorial showcase and practical information
- The programme catalogue and the ability to apply
- Application tracking
- School events and online registration
- The faculty directory and professors' publications
