Context
Atout France, France's tourism development agency, is an economic interest grouping (GIE) operating under the supervision of the French State.
Atout France entrusted Steamulo with a twofold mission: build the target hosting solution — taking into account the characteristics of the applications and the existing configuration, while modernising and securing the platform — and host all of the applications: atout-france.fr, international-audience sites, business applications, complementary sites and the resource repository platform, for the entire duration of the contract.
Delivery
The engagement, run as a managed service centre (CDS) over 4 years, covered:
- Migration of applications and data
- Implementation of the storage, security, data backup and patch management policy
- Full ownership of the deployed infrastructure
- Continuous adaptation of the infrastructure to changing usage (adding and removing applications), optimising its sizing
- Implementation of a monitoring solution to supervise the health of the system and the applications
